Fake accounts, bots, and vote trading are prohibited. We may invalidate votes and suspend accounts.

Moderation and termination

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Takedown and DMCA

Requests to remove content can be submitted at /takedown.

Third-party login providers

If you sign in with Google, Apple, or another provider, their terms also apply.

Gift card issuer terms

Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

Indemnification

You agree to cover claims arising from content you post or your breach of these terms.
